One of the best decisions we’ve made was to contract with Christianne Gordon and Steve Orear at RE/MAX Realty Affiliates to handle our short sale. Short sales are notoriously difficult and time-consuming due to all the parties involved and conflicting interests. Because the banks and mortgage companies have a different agenda than the sellers this can quickly become adversarial. Christianne, with her knowledge of the market conditions, along with her determination, tenacity, and persistence was finally able to push this sale through with a win-win solution favorable to both buyers and sellers. There were many road blocks put in place along the way by mortgage holders that would have frustrated many other real estate agents who probably would have given up but not this team. When the going got tough, they got tougher and used their leverage and strongly-worded letters to ultimately accomplish a satisfactory end.
